Terms of Sales - Bordeaux Uncovered
Welcome to Bordeaux Uncovered! We are thrilled to offer you an unforgettable guided tour experience. Please take a moment to read and understand our Terms of Sales, including our cancellation policy, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey with us.
1. Booking and Confirmation:
1.1. To reserve your spot on one of our guided tours, please make a booking through our website www.bordeauxuncovered.com, via phone or email.
1.2. All bookings are subject to availability, and we will confirm your reservation via email or other agreed-upon means.
1.3. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sales.
2. Payment:
2.1. Payment for the tours must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. All payments are secured by our supplied RegionDo, using Stripe. We will not honour unpaid tours.
2.2. We accept various forms of payment, including credit & debit cards, and online payment platforms. With prior contact, we can arrange payment in cash the day of the tour.
2.3. All prices are displayed in euros during the booking process, and they include any applicable taxes or fees.
3. Cancellation by the Customer:
3.1. If you need to cancel your tour reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
3.2. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a full refund (minus the booking fees).
3.3. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund.
3.4. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date will not be be refunded.
3.5. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame, typically within the next 14 business days.
4. Changes and Cancellations by Bordeaux Uncovered:
4.1. Bordeaux Uncovered reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or exceptional events (including, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, riots etc...).
4.2. In the event of a cancellation or significant modification of a tour by Bordeaux Uncovered, we will provide you with alternative options or a full refund.
4.3. Bordeaux Uncovered will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the customer as a result of tour changes or cancellations, such as travel or accommodation costs.
5. Liability:
5.1. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety during our tours, Bordeaux Uncovered cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the tour.
5.2. Participants join our tours at their own risk and are responsible for their own health, safety, and belongings.
5.3. We recommend that you have appropriate travel insurance to cover any potential losses or damages.
6. Tour Requirements and Conduct:
6.1. Participants must comply with any instructions, rules, and regulations provided by the tour guide or Bordeaux Uncovered staff for the duration of the tour.
6.2. Participants are responsible for their own behaviour and must show respect towards the guide, other participants, and any locations or establishments visited during the tour.
6.3. Participants that are clearly inebriated or intoxicated will NOT be taken in charge. In such a case, the customer will not receive any compensation or refund for the booking.
6.4. Bordeaux Uncovered reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant who violates these terms or engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without providing a refund.
